Chão de Estrelas — Ground of Stars
Paraty sits at the edge of the Serra da Bocaina — one of the last remaining stretches of Atlantic Tropical Rainforest, a biome older and more biodiverse than the Amazon. Chão de Estrelas is nested within this forest, on land that has been cared for and held in ceremony for generations.
Getting here
- Nearest airports: Rio de Janeiro (GIG/SDU) or São Paulo (GRU/CGH) — about 4 hours from Paraty
- We coordinate group transfers from Rio and São Paulo for each retreat; individual arrangements can also be made
- On arrival, the team meets you in Paraty and takes you to Chão de Estrelas — from there, everything is taken care of
